Israeli settlers have laid siege to Palestinian family homes in the occupied West Bank, cutting off water and electricity, according to a field report from Al Jazeera.
Al Jazeera’s Nida Ibrahim spoke with a resident whose family members are trapped inside a house in the village of Qusra. The resident described how settler groups had gathered around the dwelling, effectively confining those inside and severing their access to basic utilities.
Those inside are reportedly unable to carry out normal daily activities as the confrontation continues, with the atmosphere described as tense and volatile. Residents are facing severe restrictions on movement, and no further details from the scene were immediately available.
